- Medical note: If you have any existing medical conditions (e.g. asthma) and answered "Yes" for any question in the Divers Medical Questionnaire, kindly seek proper medical advice and produce documentation proving that you are fit for diving. If there is any doubt over your physical condition, we would recommend that you do not commit yourself to the course prior to a proper medical examination.

- For people signing up for Advanced and Leisure, we’ll need you to bring along your Certification Cards and Dive Logs as well (a temp card can be used if you have not received your certification card).
NOTE: All prices are inclusive of all course materials, transport, accommodation, gear rental (except Leisure participants) and basic meals. Prices exclude Marine park fee of RM5.00 per person payable at Mersing Jetty.

SCUBA TRYOUTS
Why wait till March to get your first taste of diving? Join us for our Scuba Tryouts in February where you can get a small sample of what is to come! You'll learn about the basic concepts in scuba diving and enjoy a 20 minute dive in the pool, enough to spark the scuba diver in you! Date: 12 February 2012 (Sunday), 9.00am - 2.00pm Venue: NUS SRC Swimming Pool Cost: S$20 Sign up here and come down to our booth on the 2 & 3 February, between 10.00am - 5.00pm at the Central Library Walkway to make your payment and it's as simple as that!
