   • Medical note: If you have any existing medical conditions (e.g. asthma) and answered "Yes" for any question in the Divers Medical Questionnaire, kindly seek proper medical advice and produce documentation proving that you are fit for diving. If there is any doubt over your physical condition, we would recommend that you do not commit yourself to the course prior to a proper medical examination.
2. Complete the Google Docs form here. *** This form is strictly to be completed before registration. It does NOT guarantee you a slot on the trip. ***
3. Complete the Financial Policy form (right click and select “save link as” to download).

What to bring

1. Full Payment for the trip and registration form.
2. Completed Financial Policy form.
3. For people signing up for Advanced and Leisure, we’ll need you to bring along your Certification Cards and Dive Logs as well (a temp card can be used if you have not received your certification card).

Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis so come down early on the first day to reserve your slot!
